Delivery charge may vary with each product or pin code.
XElectron incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps us to offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off on some items, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the XElectron page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
XElectron ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
Product weight, as it defines the mode of shipment, which is assigned by us.
Product’s availability with us.
The destination to which you want the order shipped to.
In case there is no service available at your address, in that case we may cancel the order and initiate a full refund.
Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.
At times XElectron prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at our discretion.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by XElectron?
Yes, it depends, entry tax, octroi, and other state specific taxes to be paid by buyer. We don’t have any control over it.
XElectron does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
Certain pin codes are not serviceable as per courier partners, in that case we may cancel the order and initiate refund. Please be informed that a refund may take 7-10 business days.
Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?
COD is not open/active for certain products on XElectron.com, if it will have a COD option then we may deliver the item, depending on the destination pin code.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easily acceptable as all products that we sell are under manufacturing warranty. So in case of a manufacturing defect we accept returns. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
Wherever possible our courier partner will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through courier, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by XElectron for upto INR 250.
What do the different tags like “In Stock”, “Available” mean?
Item is in stock for respective quantity and same will be shipped.

Does XElectron deliver internationally?
As of now, XElectron doesn’t deliver items internationally. Please ensure the delivery address is in India.
