3. 7-Day Replacement Policy

  • We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

  • If the product has any manufacturing defect, technical issue, or functional problem, the customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Replacement requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

  • After the 7-day period, only service or warranty support will be provided, as per the product warranty terms.

4. Replacement Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, along with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
