- Warranty Coverage
All XElectron products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the applicable warranty period from the date of purchase. - What is a Manufacturing Defect?
A manufacturing defect refers to a fault in the product arising from the materials, components, or assembly of the product under normal and intended usage conditions. - Warranty Evaluation
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation by XElectron’s technical team. The nature of the issue, product condition, usage history, and inspection findings will be considered before determining warranty eligibility. - Warranty Resolution
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, XElectron may, at its discretion:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the defective part(s);
- Replace the product with the same or an equivalent model.
- Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical or accidental damage;
- Liquid damage;
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications;
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repair attempts;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage occurring during transit due to improper packaging by the customer.
- Service Process
Products requiring service may be collected through XElectron’s pickup service or shipped directly by the customer. Applicable service procedures must be followed. - Limitation of Warranty
The warranty covers repair or replacement of eligible products only and does not provide for refunds except where required by applicable law. - Policy Updates
XElectron reserves the right to update or modify warranty terms from time to time.
